Montreal Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy & Acupuncture Clinic

About Physio Motiva

More Than a New Name. A New Chapter in Personalized Care.

Physio Motiva was born from the evolution of Azita Physio. While our name has changed, our philosophy remains exactly the same: provide compassionate care that focuses on treating the whole person, not just their symptoms.

What began as a physiotherapy practice has grown into a multidisciplinary clinic where physiotherapists, massage therapists, an acupuncturist and movement specialists work together to help patients recover from pain, restore movement and stay active for the long term.

Today, our larger team allows us to offer a wider range of services while maintaining the personalized approach that has earned the trust of thousands of patients throughout Montreal.

Our Philosophy

Every person who walks through our doors has a unique story, lifestyle and set of goals. Rather than applying the same treatment to everyone, we take the time to understand what is causing your symptoms and build a personalized treatment plan that addresses the root cause whenever possible. Our goal isn’t simply to reduce pain; it is to help you regain confidence in your body and return to the activities that matter most to you.

Care Tailored to You

No two patients are alike. Every treatment plan is personalized and every session is focused entirely on your progress.

Evidence-Based Treatments

Our recommendations are guided by current research and years of clinical experience.

Multidisciplinary Expertise

Access physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, Pilates and movement-based care under one roof.

Education First

We believe informed patients recover better. You’ll always understand what’s causing your symptoms, what we’re doing and what you can do at home.

Our Integrated Approach

One of our greatest strengths is our multidisciplinary team.

Depending on your needs, your care may include:

Physiotherapy
Pelvic floor physiotherapy
Massage therapy
Acupuncture
Clinical Pilates
Personal training
Reflexology
Pregnancy care
Home exercise programs

Because our practitioners collaborate closely, we can recommend the right combination of treatments to support your recovery and long-term health.
