Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Our pelvic floor physiotherapy fees are:

  • 30-minute Follow-Up Appointment: $125
  • 60-minute Initial Assessment: $155
  • 60-minute Follow-Up Appointment (after an initial assessment): $175

If you’re unsure which appointment type is right for you, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help you choose the most appropriate option for your needs.

Most insurance plans cover physiotherapy services. We provide receipts for insurance reimbursement. Check your specific plan for coverage details.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive assessment where we discuss your medical history, symptoms, and goals. We’ll perform a physical examination (with your consent) and create a personalized treatment plan.

Treatment should not be painful. We work within your comfort level and communicate throughout. Some techniques may cause mild discomfort initially, but we’ll adjust based on your feedback.

This varies depending on your condition and goals. Some patients see improvement in 4-6 sessions, while others may need longer treatment. We’ll discuss a treatment plan during your assessment.

You can start as soon as you feel ready, typically around 6 weeks postpartum for vaginal delivery or 8 weeks for C-section. However, we can see you earlier for specific concerns.
